Pets are no different.

A couple of months ago, my unwise and devil-may-care Patterdale terrier decided to run headlong into a wire fence, resulting in a worrying ear injury and a hasty trip to the vets. Aside from the merry dance we did getting the poor dog onto the vet’s table, the bill we were landed with for a relatively quick stitch and bandage was fairly hefty. I don’t have a rabbit, but I’m certainly considering pet insurance for the dog at the very least as a result!
